INTEREST FORM

Please be sure to read about our program before submitting. We are currently  offering an Afterschool Program (ASP) and Summer Program (SP)
 

  • Monday-Thursday 3pm-6pm (ASP) and 9am-12pm (SP)

  • Latest time to arrive for ASP is 4:15pm if child attends a school that is a far commute 

  • Must be able to attend at least 3 of the 4 days each week 
    WE DO NOT OFFER WEEKEND CLASSES
